If you use the contact us form on one of the websites, you provide your name and email address so that we can respond to your question, request or feedback.  The information you provide will only be used to address your contact submission.

Pershore Plum Festival 2023 & Superfood Recipe Book

At the Pershore Plum Festival on 28th August 2023 our Bible Superfood campaign invites you to a quiz and prize drawer to win a hamper.  Your information will be collected on the day if you participate.

We are collecting your name, email address and postcode.
This is in order to send you the recipe book for completing the quiz, and to inform you if you have won the hamper.
How will your data be retained and processed:

Within the recipe book there will be a link to a Spiritual Superfood menu on our website.  On this web page there are links to associated websites, we do not share your data with the owners of those websites.  If you sign up for services on those websites it will be subject to separate privacy processes.  Also on this web page, there will be links to forms to register your interest in a Bible Seminar and to request a local Bible Exploration Guide.  On both of these forms we only capture Email Address, Name, Phone Number and Postcode in order to administer these requests.  We will only keep your data for 12 months.

Sharing your personal data

We will never disclose or sell your personal information to third parties, with the exception of your IP Address being shared with Google for the purpose of analytics as described in the Cookies section above.  We will only use your information for the purposes outlined above.

Your Rights
